Oh yes, it's another 3-day weekend! I'm thinking skateboarding on Saturday, a bit of golf followed by the Grand Prix and a BBQ on Sunday, then sleep until lunch on Monday unless something better comes up. What are you doing? Regular Exercise by Sim 18/8/08
It's had been nearly 3 months since i last went wakeskating, and after a couple of boat set and some winching, my body is broken. The muscles in my lower back are locked up and waiting for the Ibuprofen to kick in before the 4.20 hour drive back home. I advise stretching.
Time Off! by Sim 15/08/08
After 11-weeks without wakeskating, i'm heading to the place i long to call home, Port Haverigg. There's a bunch of wakeskaters from all over the country heading up for a no-pressure fun session. There's gonna be lots of doubles, winching, slayshing and firm handshakes (well we are English) I can't wait, it's gonna be epic. Have a good weekend folks

We just spent the last two days in the office packing up the next issue of Alliance for our subscribers. It’s taken a little longer than normal because not only will every single one of our subscribers receive a copy of this isssue they will also get the Liquid Force Magalog. As the name suggests it's part magazine and part catalogue. Much of it has been put together by Alliance US and it features all the Liquid Force Team. Keep your eye out for the postman as they will be arriving soon.
Back Up Your Stuff by Tim 14/08/08
I'm back from Newquay now and as I reflect on the past 10 days there is one moment that stands out for me. That's the 5 minutes that I thought I had lost my laptop! I opened my Van door and saw my bag wide open with no laptop in it, I immediately blamed pikeys for stealing it and I can honestly say that my heart dropped about 2 miles under ground. I was devastated, not much backed up and all my photos, work and much more on there. It wasn't until Moyle informed me it was his bag and not mine that my heart re appeared and I learnt a swift lesson in backing up stuff, which is my main job for today!

Two years ago, the previous editor of Alliance Magazine left in order to persue his wakeskating career. Dieter Humpsch made the big move to Florida and hasn't looked back since, and judging by this video from the man himself, things are working out pretty good. Diets rips

I've always thought hotels are better than bed and breakfasts, but hearing the stories of where Tim and everyone are staying in Newquay, i'm pretty stoked there weren't any more rooms. I'm staying in a little family-run B&B with the comfiest bed ever, and i just had smoked salmon and eggs for breakfast! loving it
Busy Busy! by sim 7/8/08
Do you ever think to yourself 'what day is it today?' Well that thought is becoming an hourly one for the alliance staff this month, as it is now about 3-weeks since our last day off. There's been this glorious new website taking up a lot of time, and we're all of to Newquay today for the Rococo stop, but more importantly i have just signed off on the 2008.4 August issue of the magazine.
It's been a slightly easier deadline this time, as with the weather improvement we've been able to shoot more photos and get you some great content. We're really happy with the new issue which should be hitting the shelves by next friday August 15th. I wont spoil it for you just yet, but there will be a full run down of what's in the issue next week. Adios

This new site allows us to update it from anywhere in the world rather than having to email the components to my over-worked boss who barely has time to sleep, let alone do work for me! So now we are officially here to supply you with photos, videos, blogs, product reviews, industry news and articles as soon as they happen, and to help you find your way around the new layout we've stocked it with loads of new content from the last 4-weeks in wakeboarding. Hey I'm Nick Davies and I wakeboard a lot ;) I'm going riding in about 20mins after writing this haha....;) This
season i've been all around every where in the states and back in the
phillipines for a while, been enjpying it alot and meeting new people
and riding with a bunch of new crew, been a good experience and lernt a
lot from riding with them. I'm back in England now for a little while,
trying to do as much as i can here and in Europe, and I'll be blogging
