What They Say:
The Severance series is Company's edgy, snappy and clean 3-stage series of boards.
These boards started as our very first prototype ever. It went through belt sanders, multiple types of riders, a pro tour, a few photo shoots and is still standing in one piece to this very day. It has been cleaned up and modified since then, multiple times to make it even better, and has an official approval rating of 94.7598215%

It's an intermediate style series of boards that can get you up and running from the start, or can assist in perfecting your already existing samurais skills, as demonstrated by Co. team riders, Tino Santori and Marc Rossiter.

What We Say:
A lot of people still refuse to believe in the new construction methods of building wakeboards by brands like Company with what is largely referred to as 'flex technology', and I firmly believe that if there wasn't such a terrible monstrosity of a board in 2004 called the 'Roam', then people would give this new technology more of a chance. But while this board does flex in a very specific way, I would not call it a flex board. It is a wakeboard with a construction method far beyond that of foam cores, and whether you like it or not, it is the future of how all wakeboards will be built very soon.

The board does ride a little different from regular foam wakeboards, but in a very good way. If you've ever ollied a wakeskate or snowboard then it wont take you very long to figure it out, and the pop generated from the energy within the Severance's core is intense. Now I don't wakeboard much these days but I had more fun in a half hour on this deck than I have had in a very long time, and I haven't even hit a rail yet. The Co. Severance earns big props from Alliance and I urge you to check them out for yourself next summer when they will be available across the UK.
