Today was long & hard, working from 8am to 10pm. That in mind, I’m being lazy on the web update for the final day of construction and will leave you with the knowledge that we have successfully tested the pool gap. There’s still some paintwork and branding to do but we’re set for tomorrow morning and the first annual ThinkTank event. It’s going to be good….

Camping holidays aren’t normally very exciting, but this isn’t any
normal camping holiday. Day 3 of ThinkTank prep’ saw the carpet and
liner laid in the pool first thing, and the water straight after that.
It couldn’t have been any better, the way Tim and Mark had folded the
liner made it easy to pull out and the carpet fitted the hole like a
glove. The water pump provided by the farmland bailiff Paul worked
fantastically and we had the 150,000 litres out of the lake in no time.

It’s 10:30pm, we’ve just finished working for the night, my back is
going through spasms and we haven’t eaten yet. But in the quest for
daily journalism, here is your daily update on what’s been going down.

Yesterday marked the start of the new Alliance wakeskate event for
2008, ThinkTank, as we broke ground on construction and set everything

Every year we offer our subscribers some incredible
prizes for subscribing to Alliance Magazine. In 2006 it was a
Distortion Winch, in 2007 a holiday for two people to Snowake Bulgaria.
All you had to do was subscribe to Alliance Magazine and you
automatically got entered into the competition. As interesting and
exciting as the prizes are, the way we picked the winners was even more
amazing! In 2006 we picked out 10 people at random and then had a snail
race to decide the winner, and 2007 saw an incredible game of water
ballooning with a huge catapult. You see it’s brilliant; you get to win
quality prizes and all the office staff get to do something stupid for
the day, it’s a win win situation!

Push Process is the first team movie brought to you by Oakley,
featuring Keith Lyman, Danny Hampson, Aaron Rathy and a host of others.
Well we have struck a deal with Oakley and Justin Stephens and are
importing the Movie into the UK. It is available to buy at all good
wakeboard shops across the UK and from our website store. I am not
going to write for ages about how good the movie is because we wouldn’t
have gone to all the effort of importing it if it wasn’t mind blowingly
good, so trust me when I say it's amazing! If you want to read a full
review before you take the plunge and buy Push Process then I suggest
you make it your mission to find a copy of the latest Alliance
Magazine, it’s issue 2008.2 and hits the shops on May 4th. There's a
double page spread about the movie so that’s your review!
